Please be advised that WorldAglow can only calculate shipping charges from our location to yours. If you are outside the United States, additional customs charges, duties, or taxes may be due in your country. You are responsible for those charges and payments.

If you received a defective or broken item WorldAglow will pay for UPS Ground return shipping to us. When we receive your defective or broken item we will pack and ship a new item for you. If you alter or tamper with a product we cannot warrant the product. No refunds can be offered on products that have been altered or tampered with.

If we ship an item to you and you simply don't want it, you will pay return shipping to WorldAglow. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item. A 15% restocking charge will apply.

All product is covered by the producer of the item purchased and any claims should be directed appropriately. Copies of these warranties are available upon request.

DAMAGE/LOSS/SHORTAGE

Product packaging is done with care to insure that your order is received in good condition. For shipment via Fedex, U.S.P.S., DHL, or common carrier, please note the discrepancy, damage, etc., on freight bill and immediately file the proper claim with the delivering carrier. Damage and shortage of packages is the responsibility of the delivering carrier.

WorldAglow will use the best carrier for the product being shipped at our own discretion. Certain carriers are more reliable with fragile products, and we want you to get your product is perfect condition. We will ship at the speed that you choose.

RETURNS, CUSTOM EL-WIRE SIGNS

WorldAglow creates your custom EL Wire sign specifically for you and cannot accept returns on these signs. They do not have any resale value because of the custom nature of the work. Custom EL Wire signs are just that, custom, and EL Wire. They are NOT neon. Please be sure of the art and sign components desired before ordering. All Custom EL Wire signs are handmade.
